EssayHave.com is an online writing service that has been in business for ten years. We have recently completed an extensive review of this agency, based upon the criteria that we use to evaluate all writing services. There are a number of elements that we look at as we investigate writing services, including the information that we find on the site, the EssayHave.com testimonials published there, the comments that customers have made anywhere else on the web, any writing samples that are found on the site, and an assessment of a research paper that we ordered from the company. All of these element have been used to prepare the Essay Have review that follows.

Factor 1: EssayHave.com Services

EssayHave promotes itself as a provider of academic writing products, and, as such, is more contracted in what it offers than many other services. It has chosen to focus on serving students at all academic levels, who may order virtually any type of writing product from a long list that is provided on the order form. In addition to academic writing, the company also offers admissions essay writing. There is no provision for services such as editing, re-writing or proofreading.

Factor 2: Quality of Services

In order to assess quality, we look at both the quality of the written products that are produced and the customer service aspects of the company.

Product Quality:  Product quality is a direct result of the level of expertise of a company’s writers. The site has a link regarding its writers, and discusses its stringent application procedures for a writer to be employed. It also states that it will assign writers based upon their background and qualifications to write a specific ordered work. This is certainly the appropriate way to do this. We wonder, however, how many writers will subject themselves to a 4-hour examination in order to qualify.

The other determination of product quality relates to three elements – Essay Have customer reviews that are published throughout the web, the quality of sample writing that is published on the site, and the results of our order of a research paper.

• The customer reviews are mixed. While most state that they receive their products on time and that writers do follow their instructions, there have been concerns about the quality of writing – specifically organizational structure and grammar.
• The samples that we reviewed from the website are also of mixed quality. A research paper on anorexia and bulimia has factually incorrect information and lacks in-text citations for the factual information that is presented. This would not be acceptable to an instructor or professor. Another piece, an essay on love, we have read on several other sites as we. The flow is disjointed and grammar errors are present.
• The research paper that we ordered came on time and was prepared according to our instructions regarding length and resources. However, we experience the same issues with organizational flow and grammar that others have reported.

Quality of Customer Service

We contacted customer service on three occasions in order to ask questions and see if we were able to get solid answers. On one occasion we asked about a doctoral dissertation and had a difficult time getting our questions answered. However, we do have to say that the phone was answered on all three occasions, though they were at odd hours.

We are able to say without any doubt that Essay Have is not a fraud or scam. We were unable to find any Essay Have BBB membership, nor were there any registered complaints against the company.

Pricing, Payments & Discounts

EssayHave.com prices range from $10 per page for a high school essay with a two-week deadline to $48 per page for doctoral research works with an 8-hour deadline. Our research paper was at the college level, was 8-pages with a 7-day deadline, and the cost was $136.00. This places the company within the high average range of all services

Essay Have discounts do not exist, which we find a bit surprising. We also looked for any special pricing that might be available through EssayHave.com coupon codes, or the opportunity to register for an email subscription which many services have. These subscriptions often come with an EssayHave promo code for a reduced price. Unfortunately, these are not offered.

Addition: Other Important Features

Essay Have offers certain free features – a title page, a bibliography, formatting, and revisions. Beyond that, customer can pay additional fees to see samples of their assigned writers’ work. The site also offers a free plagiarism checker that anyone can use. When we accessed that link, we were told that we had already used our 5 free checkers. We had not used it once. There is then a link to “register.”

Summary

EssayHave pros & cons has several good features – on-time delivery and adherence to customer specifications, to name two. On the “con” side, there are issues with the quality of writing and a couple of site features that are of concern. We have therefore applied an EssayHave.com rating of “Fair.”
