Pro Essay Writing Features

Services offered here are limited to academics. In other words, nothing for job seekers or business professionals. Services include research papers, term papers, essays, thesis and dissertation work, lab reports, and other commonly offered services. The reviews and testimonials that we read on other sites were somewhate  negative when it came to the quality of the writing however.

Since we wanted to see for ourselves, we placed an order for an essay. It was four pages long and we gave the writer a two week deadline. Unfortunately, while the paper was delivered on time, our quality rating is quite low. There were several spelling and grammatical errors (we expect some but this was excessive). Worse, we had a difficult time believing that our paper was composed by someone with an advanced degree.

Customer Protection/Security

On a positive note, they seem to be doing a pretty good job when it comes to customer protection and security. We made our payment via PayPal and had no problems whatsoever, and they appear to be using encrypted security. In addition to this, we have not received any spam emails from the company either. It’s nice to be able to provide at least some positive news about this writing service.

ProEssayWriting.com Prices

We were charged right around twenty dollars per page. That’s about four or five dollars above the average rate in the industry. However, the amount wouldn’t have been so head scratchingly appalling if the quality of writing had been better. For these kinds of prices consumers should expect higher quality. The company should definitely consider investing in some tighter quality assurance if they want to compete with some of the quality websites that we have reviewed here.

In terms of discounts, there are some available. We used a promo code and received a twenty percent discount. This was nice, but it’s not incentive enough to use the service again. Other offers are based on placing more orders. That doesn’t really benefit a first time user.

Customer Service

When we first contacted customer service we were in the midst of placing our order. We just wanted the opportunity to ask a couple of questions and kind of get an idea of the level of service we could expect. At that point in time, they were great.  Unfortunately, as is the case with many writing services that are not up to par, once we  had a complaint, they became largely unresponsive and spent their time hiding behind policies that are clearly designed to allow them to collect money for poor writing.
