This is an academics focused service. This means that their target audience is strictly students. From what we can tell, they appear to focus on college level grades and above. They offer the standard suite of academic writing from essays to research papers to admissions help.

Product Quality: We’d love to give a better rating on this. Unfortunately, we simply cannot. Our order was for a Civil War essay. It was for an undergraduate student, and we gave the writer the maximum time allotment of 14 days. We received the essay on time, but it was poorly written. We suspect the writer was not a native English speaker. Further, while the essay wasn’t plagiarized, a Google search showed that the essay had simply been written based on sources found on Google. This indicates that they aren’t using academic resources.

Other Website Features: There are some pages describing the various policies that govern the use of the site and its products and services. However, we were unable to find a blog or other content. Navigation was fairly easy. The issue that we had is that there just isn’t much to offer here.  

Customer Protection/Security

When you first place an order, you are asked to provide personal information including your phone number. We weren’t completely comfortable doing that due to the lack of depth in the website. The reason for this is that when a company is a scam, they will often throw together a website very quickly. This means a website with very few pages, and not a lot of content.

However, while the quality of work was quite poor, we can say that we were able to place an order without issue. It also does not appear as if our personal information has been misused in any way. Still, we always caution people to use caution when interacting with writing services that do not appear to be well established.

We paid ten dollars per page for our essay. That price is extremely low. Unfortunately, prices this low usually mean that the company is either using unqualified writers, or that they are selling papers that have been lifted from other sources. This means low quality writing as well as a risk of plagiarism. For the record, no promo code was offered to provide a discount. We also were unable to find any information on discounts.

Customer Service

On a final note, customer service was polite. Unfortunately, they were slow to respond, and often didn’t seem to understand what we were asking. Final thought; consider using another writing company.
